I’ve been in your shoes. After an injury in high school left me in chronic pain for two years, I was in the same place you might be in now: exhausted, frustrated, defeated, and stuck in a cycle I couldn’t escape.
But during an empowering recovery process after two surgeries, I discovered what my body was really capable of. I learned that I could take control of my health and wellness. Now, I have achieved more than I ever thought possible.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I charge industry-standard rates and discuss them in-depth in exploratory calls to ensure price quotes that match your specific needs. Package pricing begins at €200/month.
I require a 3-month commitment from all new clients. Why? Because after working with clients from all over the world, I have found that 12 weeks is the minimum amount of time it takes to get meaningful and consistent results.
After the initial 3 months, clients have the option of continuing on a monthly subscription or off-boarding to continue their journey on their own.
Exploratory calls are obligation-free. I don’t ask for payment over the phone so that you can make the best decision for your health without extra pressure.
